"The Worthington team is an extremely dedicated, hard working and highly impressive work force. As soon as we stepped into the model home, we were immediately impressed and pleased with the workmanship, the spaciousness, and the standard features (which are typcially considered upgrades with most other builders) that are included with the home. In fact, our townhome feels more like a single family residence than a town home. We immediately knew that this would be the right place for us to start our family. After determining which model would most suit our needs, we found that the two-story Glenwood model with its spacious atmosphere of the first floor, the grand master bedroom, the walk-in closets in the 2 guest bedrooms, the endless possibilities of converting the loft into a lounging/movie viewing area, the many windows throughout the entire house and the multiple choices of designs completely blended with our needs for a home with luxe amenities. Our home began with a dream and vision of things and ideas that we liked. We were certainly surprised to find a builder that already included everything that we wanted (full brick exterior, hardwood floors, luxurious masterbedroom, fireplace, patio, appliances, and other things that would typically be considered upgrades elsewhere. This home is everything we've ever wanted and having the opportunity to make this important purchase was a delight to do with the Arbor Glen sales team. Karen and Joanne were informative, responsive and very pleasant. They also both knew that the quality of the home would speak for itself. It is great that we found the home of our dreams, but now our concern was whether we can afford it. When we told the sales team and the developer that we really liked the home, but it may be out of our budget, they had worked very closely with us in order to help us get what we wanted. The personal attention we received was wonderful. We have been elated from day one to move into our new home and now we have the excitement of inviting friends and family to celebrate our new residence. Thank you for making this experience so comfortable and enjoyable, and we appreciate all of the efforts you (sales team, developer, and all of the service workers) had made to make this experience for us memorable.
