Purchasing Process

Owning a Worthington Home is a simple process! Our Sales Consultants are here to help you select the floorplan and location that best suits your needs. We will review all of the features included in your Worthington Home and answer any questions you have about personalizing your new home.

• A $5,000.00 deposit will take your selected home off the market for seven days. Your reservation ensures that the home you fell in love with, will still be available when you are ready to purchase!
  
  
• Now that you've found the home of your dreams, it's time to make that home yours. We will review the purchase agreement with you and answer any questions you may have. Reviewing and signing the purchase agreement usually takes approximately one hour.
  
  
• At the time we review the purchase agreement, we will need a deposit or earnest money check, in the amount of $25,000 to finalize the agreement.
